What is Angel Wings Begonia?
There are a lot of beautiful plants out there but Angel Wings Begonia has earned a reputation as one of the most commonly kept house plants. Angel Wings, sometimes referred to as “Cane Begonia”, is a hybrid Begonia that results from the combined genetics of B. Coccinea and Begonia Aconitifolia. There are a number of Angel Wing Begonia varieties and they are all quite lovely! This is an incredibly easy plant to spot due to the unique white spots on its foliage and its gorgeous flowers.
The family of Cane Begonia is native to Brazil and consists of Angel Wings, Dragon Wing, and Superba. This group gets its name due to its Bamboo-like stem and can grow up to 10 feet tall.
